A perfect casual blazer ($49.95). My choice is a little dull, considering this collection was dominated by flower prints, but the prints I tried on were just OK. Keep in mind I'm not much of a flower girl; my tastes run toward the minimal aesthetic. And the collection was a little picked through by the time I arrived in the later afternoon. Here's what else I loved that was still in abundance on the racks:
the red jacket ($59.95);

jacket ($49.95), and the white dress ($24.95), great for the beach/pool;

the peasant shirt ($29.95) and shorts ($29.95);

Meh on me, but a really cute dress ($49.95). The colors aren't as vibrant as they are online.

Great prices, great recycling, and great for spring. And if I can find something in a garden collection I can love, you're going to do just fine.

I looooove the dress you saved as "okeefe". It looks so flattering!!
ReplyDeleteToo bad they didn't live up to the hype. For what it's worth, I ADORE the belted shorts on you!
ReplyDeleteI went on Sat. and had put on hold the rose dress in cream and bought that, along with the red rose jacket! I'm a sucker for fabrication like that!
ReplyDeleteAnon - it's a really cute dress, and a great cut, but belted waists aren't the most flattering on me :)
ReplyDeleteSal - I think it's a big collection and has something for everyone, even non-floral me!
Wrecked Stellar - good strategy as I don't think yr items will be around for long, it was busy later on Saturday!
The flower dress( the second to last) is sooooo cute on you! Love it!
ReplyDeleteGood review and forgive me oh yuk that maxi dress and yes it looked dreadful on you ...so who's going to look good in it!
