Michael Costello
The fall collection was filled with a show-stopping display of sexy designs. Costello’s inspiration was driven from Paris, Great Britain, and Japan. The Japanese influence was very present on the cohesive
styling which included bright red lips, a high mini bun with a long and low
ponytail. Aside from a handful of bright yellow and blue bags, the models had
minimal accessories and the dominatrix-style knee-high black boots or stilettos
complemented a very monochromatic collection.
All
gowns combined many styles in Michael’s Costello’s signature
form-fitting design. Highlights included padded shoulders and sheer dresses
with daring cutouts, a gray and black fur jacket, and a slate short shirt paired
with knee-high boots.
Mixed
into the collection were a few menswear looks. Shaun Ross made a brief appearance with an
all-black conservative outfit.
