Banana Republic has totally nailed their look with a new line. Say hi to the California Collection: so Banana, and so very pretty, classic American. It's been said before: Banana Republic is harkening back to their safari roots, albeit with an urban twist. The results are A+.

Now can we bring the jeeps and the jungle back? Also, I had forgotten about those catalogs (click on previous link), they were so compelling. Talk about telling a story, they made me want to don khaki, buy a jeep, and travel the world.
