JCPenney Manhattan Mall: Now the Dresses

We all know JCPenney is going through a tough transition. But when I shopped there the other week, I was the most excited I think I've ever been about the offerings on the floor. Yesterday it was shorts. Today, it's the dresses.

I also need to give the L'Amour by Nanette Lepore junior line a big call-out. This is so cute this season, a big improvement, I thought, from last season and a must-see for girls of all ages because WHO can resist this dress for summer?!

I didn't try on a bad pair of shorts at JCPenney last week. And I'm not really much of a shorts girl unless I'm in the midst of a July/August heatwave. Here's three totally different looks for you this summer.
