This one's in the middle of the store on 34th Street, and is full of not just those cute wedge sneakers, but also boots (including cream colored combat boots, YES) and other super cute shoes for fall. Also, I did not know that Aeropostale carried Supergas. I'm looking closer next time I'm on 34th Street to see if they are in-store or online only, as I need to try these on.

Sweaters at Aéropostale

Whenever I go into Aéropostale on 34th Street I look for something I might wear. Now, Aéropostale never tries to be anything that isn't junior and T-shirt/hoodie basic. I mean that as a compliment. But it's always nice to see something that makes me go hmmm, should I try this on? Particularly with the rose cardigan, I was contemplating a move. How about you, do you ever venture into Aéropostale and end up with the unexpected?

Juniors For All

My sister's been rolling her eyes at me for having no breastfeeding-compatible clothing (amateur), so I decided to buy some inexpensive button-up shirts. I found some cute ones at Aeropostale. Yes, I shopped for breastfeeding solutions in a juniors store.

I was cruising Manhattan Mall last week (this keeps me young), and dropped by Aeropostale to check out their Teens for Jeans drive. When I saw the shirts on sale I got curious.

















Great material, good basics with a little style, great prices. These may just look like plaid shirts and a striped cotton top, but take it from a woman who's trying hard to not wear her husband's shirts everyday: these are soft and well-fitting. And take it again from someone who's not exactly back in pre-Baby Herald shape: these aren't so form-fitting that I feel like I'm busting out (in a bad way). The shirts are $24.99 (were $39.50), and the top was on sale for $7.99 (was $24.50).

Teens for Jeans at Aeropostale

Aeropostale's third annual Teens for Jeans promotion has already begun, and the first 100,000 pairs of jeans donated will be matched by Aeropostale with brand new jeans for the victims of the earthquake in Haiti.

How to participate? Until Sunday, February 14th, you can donate your gently worn jeans to any Aeropostale store in the US and Canada. The store, in conjunction with DoSomething.org, will make sure the jeans get to teens in Haiti and one of 600 local youth shelters that have been selected as partners. Those who donate their jeans will receive 25% off a new pair of jeans at Aeropostale. Donors will also be entered to win a pair of signed jeans from Kellan Lutz, Kelly Clarkson, cast members of Glee, Gossip Girl, One Tree Hill, and many more of today's young stars.

So bring your jeans by you local Aeropostale today, because in addition to helping out the teens in Haiti, Teens for Jeans assists homeless teens in our communities, and raises awareness about this homeless epidemic.
