Lady vamps were all in the house at Jill Stuart for Spring '13.

 Black and white lace, sheer dresses, and West Coast Hollywood elegant, Stuart's collection was inspired by Kim Basinger in L.A. Confidential. The Jill Stuart woman for spring is no-nonsense about her sex-appeal. Not so appealing were some of the awkward combinations of shapes and fabrics.

But if you stick with the lace and more simply elegant dresses with the fabulous shoulders, you'll be stopping traffic on your way to lunch.
