Who, besides me, does her shopping for fashion week 1-2 days before it begins? Just curious, as I don't want to be the only dumbass running desperately around midtown. But really I'm not stressing too much as if you're not a celeb, socialite or famous editor, no one's really looking. So I just try and make a bigger effort with the clothes. You know, get all the cat hair off.
Of course I'll be wearing......34th Street. And a lot from Daffy's, too, as I spent many hours in there yesterday and am going back today to look for this:
The item (Patrizia Pepe, $69.99) that I should have bought and couldn't stop thinking about this morning. It's ridiculous. It's a great layering piece. I love it.
Also, a heads up to you midtown girls: Daffy's pickings are prime this week. I'll be posting Daffy's daily through the weekend. Right now, on the sixth floor by the dressing room, there is a major designer happening: Chloe, Valentino, Marc Jacobs and Sonia Rykiel amongst others. I'm not sure if it's last season or older, but the pieces are mostly classic looking. Prices run from $49.99 - $189.99.

I found it and bought! Took some rack shuffling, but well worth it.
Eeeps - what they carry, as you know, varies a lot day by day. But yesterday there were two beautiful cream skirts.

oooh! i don't think they're on sale anymore on the payless website. but, i did get the ones i'm wearing in that post on sale! =) i bought both colors! i love them so much! they're so comfortable and cute. and i did see the new oens!! ahhhh. i've been waiting forever for themt o come out. you've seen the red peep toe boots in person? are they even better in person than on the computer? i'm really tempted to buy them! ahh. =)
Farren, YES! they are even better in person. although honestly i haven't seen them online yet! but they're awesome, I love the tassel on the zipper!
You and I have the same definition of making a bigger effort: Remove ALL cathair, instead of just MOST cathair.
